What is Amazon FBA?

Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) is a service offered by Amazon where you store your products in their fulfilment centres, and they pick, pack, ship, and provide customer service for your products. How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process your request and have your goods ready to be shipped to Amazon within 1-2 business days. We process all requests ASAP as we know getting your products to Amazon fast means faster to sales.

To ensure fast turnaround times, we will automatically charge the credit card* you pre-authorized as part of your account set up.

How do you ensure my shipments will be Amazon FBA compliant?

All outgoing shipments are verified against our FBA compliance checklist before leaving our warehouse. This compliance checklist is continually updated to meet Amazon’s latest FBA requirements. 

Will my products be kept confidential?

Absolutely. We take the confidentiality of your products very seriously and we will never sell, rent or share your personal information or data to third parties. We will never use your ideas or products to compete with you in any way. As your trust in us is the foundation of our business and we will never risk losing that.

How secure are my products?

Products stored in our warehouse are secured by alarms, security gates and nightly patrols. You can rest easy knowing that your inventory is well protected.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No. Order as much or as little as you require for each shipment. You don’t need to think of all the different ways to meet the minimum order charge. Just order what you need and get back to growing your business.

Will my products be insured?

While our facility is fully insured, you will need to organize your own inventory insurance. We can provide any information you require to do this. We can also arrange optional transit insurance to cover your outbound shipments. 

Do you need access to my Amazon Seller account?

No, as you can just send us the FBA shipping labels and we’ll attach them to your outgoing shipments. But if you would like us to manage the FBA shipments for you, we would only need restricted access to update your shipment details and to print out the FBA shipping labels.
